Question Is The Graphic Arts Wire A Substitute For Our Company’s Sales Effort?
Answer No. The Graphic Arts Wire is not intended to be a substitute for a well-led direct sales effort. In the highly competitive graphic arts industry, very few jobs will sell themselves without a competent salesperson. The role of marketing should be to create trackable opportunities for your salespeople. If you intend on subscribing to the Graphic Arts Wire to sell a lot of jobs without sales support, you will be sorely disappointed.

Question Can I switch between the ezCustom and the standard eNewsletter product?
Answer Yes. You have complete flexibility between products. In this case, we recommend signing up for the Standard eNewsletter and whenever you wish to customize a newsletter, please do so. You can switch every month if you wish.

Question Why Do I Have To Use My Database?
Answer There is no list as good as one that you develop. Printers, finishers and suppliers to the graphic arts industry should all work on improving the quality of their database. If you need help developing your database, call Whitney Iozzo at our parent company, Grow Sales, Inc. at 301-294-9900.

Question How Can I Send You My Database?
Answer Please send us an Excel worksheet or Ascii text file with one of the following data structure:

A. For personalized eNewsletters, either:

  1. Contact name; Email address
  2. Contact name; Company name; Email address

B. For non-personalized eNewsletters:

  1. Email address only

Attach your database to the email you send off of our Sign Up page.


Question What Happens If I Forget To Send You A New Database?
Answer If we don’t hear from you by the 15th of the month, we’ll send the current issue to the most recent database we have on file for you. Your credit card will be charged as normal.

Question Can My Customers Opt-out Of Our Enewsletters And Will Their Requests Be Honored?
Answer Yes. Every Graphic Arts Wire eNewsletter has an opt-out link clearly visible on it. Yes. Our eNewsletter sending program has an automatic opt-out request compliance feature. Once a client opts out of a particular e-mail address, that address is permanently disqualified for future receipt of your eNewsletters.

Please Note: Opt-out must be done by clicking on the link in the eNewsletter. If you receive a phone call for an opt-out request, please ask them to opt-out via their link. This is the only way we can permanently guarantee that they won’t receive your eNewsletters in the future.


Question Are Online Payments Safe?
Answer We believe so. Last year, nearly $2 trillion dollars worth of goods and services were transacted over the web, most of it very safely. Since we accept only MasterCard and Visa, you probably have an additional level of security from these vendors as well.

Question Am I Signing Up For A Recurring Monthly Program?
Answer Yes. When you sign up for our eNewsletter service, you will be automatically renewed every month unless you ask us to discontinue your service. Customers will be invoiced at or near the first working day of every month. If you wish to discontinue your subscription to the Graphic Arts Wire, please keep this in mind because once you’re charged, there won’t be any refunds.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation notice from us by e-mail. If you don’t receive this notice within one business day, please call us at 443-393-2145.


Question Is There A Long Term Commitment?
Answer No. You can cancel at anytime.

Question How Do I Cancel My Subscription To The Graphic Arts Wire?
Answer Easy. Send us an email. You’ll receive a confirmation notice within one business day. If not, call us at 443-393-2145 and we’ll take care of it manually.

Question What Happens If I Don’t Cancel My Subscription After My First Month “Half-half” Trial?
Answer You will be charged our normal price, which during our Beta period, will be 50% off for the duration of 2008.

Question Are There Any Refunds?
Answer No. Once your card has been charged for the current month, no refunds are available, regardless if you:
  • Don’t send us your database (or if we don’t receive it)
  • Choose to skip a month, for any reason
  • Forget to notify us of your intent to cancel.
